The Get Fresh Crew is a youth-led group of Umass-Boston Upward Bound students. We embark on environmental trips and create alternative media. We are dedicated to learning and educating the public about environmental justice and sustainability.
We are all low-income high school students who will be the first in our family to attend college and we believe that the purpose of education is to make positive change in the world. We care deeply about the environment and believe all people deserve the right to a healthy, just environment.
